HG-JD
Mexican Tech Incubator

Here, failure is cheap.
Success multiplies.

Grupo HG-JD spreads risk across several Mexican tech startups — software and artificial intelligence — each one validated with real market demand before receiving growth capital, on top of shared infrastructure and governance.

Four principles, no exceptions

This isn't a manual philosophy — it's the criteria that decides which brand gets incubated, how it's built, and when it scales.

01

Independent brand, shared execution

Each brand runs its own P&L, its own market, and its own identity in front of the customer — the portfolio behaves like a set of independent bets, not one big one. If a vertical doesn't take off, the rest of the group doesn't feel it: risk is diversified by design, not by accident.

02

One infrastructure standard

Every new brand inherits the same operating base from day one — it never pays the cost of setting it up again. That operating leverage is what cuts the capital needed to launch the next brand down to a fraction of what the first one cost: the group scales business verticals, it doesn't rebuild the foundation for each one.

03

Validate before you scale

No brand gets growth capital without first proving real demand. Every new business starts as a low-cost market test — landing page, traction, a real signal from customers — before a single unit of investment goes into building the full platform. That discipline, paired with an efficient cost structure during validation, stretches the group's runway and avoids a portfolio's most expensive mistake: scaling something the market never asked for.

04

Simple governance

A single decision chain, with no committees slowing execution — and a capital structure that clearly separates who controls operations from who shares economically in each vertical. That's what lets the group move at each brand's market speed, not at the speed of an internal approval process.

8 brands, 8 sectors

Every entry runs on its own domain, with real customers — not a courtesy logo on a slide.

01Neuralytics ConsultingNRLC · Systems, software & AI consultingIn production

The group's recurring-revenue engine and services arm — it builds for outside clients with the same standard it uses to build every brand it owns, which turns each client project into a live test of the value proposition before selling it to the next one.

02InmoluxINMLX · PropTech / Real estateIn production

A real estate platform in real production, with a new higher-margin business line already underway: premium smart-home automation for high-net-worth clients — a made-to-order install service, not a catalog product.

03AI-HomeAIHM · Smart Home / IoT + AI + CybersecurityIn production

Smart homes built on real IoT sensors and actuators, coordinated by proprietary AI agents and protected by the same cybersecurity standard that shields the rest of the group — home automation that decides and acts on its own, not a remote control panel dressed up as intelligence.

04PrimaPRIMA · InsurTech / Product validationIn production

A validation landing built to measure exactly one thing before investing further: whether independent insurance agents in Mexico would pay for smart policy collection and follow-up. Low budget, real market signal, a scale decision based on data, not intuition.

05Ramo ExpressRMEX · Marketplace / Last-mile delivery, SLPPre-launch

An Uber/Rappi-style last-mile logistics play in San Luis Potosí for florists and couriers — it launches on top of the founding flower shop's existing customer base and operation, so the acquisition cost of the first users is already paid before launch.

06SoberanIASOBIA · Zero-trust local AI for confidential dataIn production

Targets a high-value, high-willingness-to-pay segment: businesses that need artificial intelligence but, by regulation or internal policy, cannot send their data to a third party's cloud. Fewer competitors willing to solve it, more willingness to pay for the one that does.

07VendiaVNDA · SaaS / Management & POS for Mexican SMBsIn production

Goes after Mexico's largest and least-served segment: small businesses that today don't even run a spreadsheet. Volume over margin — the model wins on scale, not ticket size, in a market the size of almost the entire country's business activity.

08NahualNHUAL · EdTech / AI-adaptive educationIn production

Adaptive education with a clear, demonstrable product hook: the interface changes based on who's using it — something a low-cost competitor can't replicate by copying screens. A real barrier to entry, not just another feature.

Group leadership

A single decision chain today — built to grow, not closed off by design.

CEO — Neuralytics Consulting

Humberto Reyes

Humberto Reyes founded Neuralytics Consulting in 2025, and over time Grupo HG-JD took shape around it. Today the consultancy is the group's custom-development arm: most of the portfolio's brands were built by Neuralytics Consulting, with no duplicated infrastructure per brand.

His track record isn't measured in years on a résumé but in real businesses in production: active brands across sectors as different as PropTech, InsurTech, logistics, consulting, applied AI, SaaS, EdTech, and home IoT automation — built and operated end-to-end by the same person. Inmolux, the oldest brand in the portfolio, has operated since 2020 — five years before the consultancy was founded. That breadth is the specialization: he isn't an expert in one niche, he's the one who designs, validates, and operates the complete system behind every business bet, from infrastructure to the relationship with the end customer.

That ownership runs on business continuity as a priority — proprietary redundant infrastructure and automated backups, built so that no brand in the portfolio depends on a single point of failure.

Before existing as a group, every brand was already operating independently in real production — Grupo HG-JD formalizes that practice into a shared standard, not the other way around. More on the consultancy at consulting.humbert.uk.

Frequently asked questions

What is a house of brands?

A corporate strategy where the group owns and operates several independent brands, each with its own identity, market, and name — unlike a "branded house," where everything lives under one name visible to the customer. Here, Inmolux, Prima, Ramo Express, Neuralytics Consulting, SoberanIA, Vendia, Nahual, and AI-Home each operate under their own face.

Do the portfolio brands share data with each other?

No. Each brand runs its own data isolation — the same principle SoberanIA applies to its clients applies inside the group itself: no brand accesses another's information.

How do you decide which business to incubate or launch?

Real interest gets validated first with an informational landing page, without building the full platform — the same pattern already visible in Prima and Ramo Express. We only invest in building more once validation justifies it.

Are you looking for partners or investment?

The leadership structure is built to grow — if you're interested in talking, reach out.

Where are you based?

Mexico. Every brand in the portfolio operates in the Mexican market, with proprietary infrastructure run from there.
